After GREEN, movement confirmation starts a dedicated monotonic run clock. Light, camera, GPS, motion, communication or sensor-state updates cannot reset the active clock. Rule checkpoints are captured with elapsed time, distance in feet/miles and available MPH. Digital uses browser GPS/motion; Analog is an experimental compatible-sensor input path where the browser supports it; Hybrid corroborates available browser/sensor signals. A broader Hybrid + Analog interoperability layer is planned for a future release. This software detects timing only and never operates the vehicle.

Power Camera + GPS + motion + network can drain battery quickly. External power is recommended for long sessions.
Why does the timer wait after GREEN? In movement modes GREEN arms the launch gate. The dedicated monotonic run clock starts when the configured movement signal is confirmed. Once started, later light/sensor state changes do not reset the clock.
Digital vs Analog vs Hybrid Digital uses browser GPS/motion. The current Analog path is experimental and depends on compatible browser/sensor support. Hybrid can corroborate available signals. A broader Hybrid + Analog hardware interoperability layer is planned for the future. Manual remains a fallback. Browser-derived results remain unofficial unless verified.
Low battery warning If the browser exposes battery status, RacerOS warns below 20% when not charging and recommends power below 30%. Some browsers do not expose battery information, so always check power manually.
What should I do if a capability is unavailable? Open Device Check. RacerOS should degrade gracefully: use manual timing/laps when appropriate, avoid claiming unavailable sensors, and never treat stale/offline data as live race control.
