5. Takedown Procedure
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, CARRITO.NET may:

6. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed content and its prior location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or an appropriate U.S. district)
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files a court action.
7. Repeat Infringer Policy
CARRITO.NET reserves the right to terminate user accounts that are determined to be repeat infringers, in appropriate circumstances.
